The role
Take on high-quality home maintenance and repair projects as a skilled carpenter.
Lead, coach, and support a team of technicians to ensure safety, accuracy, and outstanding customer care.
Execute common projects including bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring installation, and interior/exterior painting.
Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks within scope while prioritizing safety and compliance.
Communicate clearly with customers to manage expectations and ensure on-site success.
Bring 7+ years of hands-on experience, a full toolset, valid driver's license, and strong problem-solving skills.
