The role
Support attorneys by organizing case information, evidence, and settlement options to enhance litigation efficiency.
Coordinate case calendars, deadlines, discovery, and trial preparation for state and federal courts.
Draft petitions, complaints, motions, initial disclosures, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and deposition notices.
Handle client intake and communications; maintain progress updates with clients, insurers, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Assist with arbitration/mediation support, trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, and e-filing in Texas; perform Westlaw research.
Requirements: high school diploma (associates preferred); 1–2 years in personal injury a plus; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; full-time, 32+ hours; on-site Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm; some weekends/evenings as needed; must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
