Finance Associate Attorney

This is a mid- to senior-level finance associate role in Atlanta with hybrid work flexibility. You will partner with partners and senior attorneys on complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings. Focus areas include syndicated credit facilities and cross-border lending for financial institutions and corporate borrowers. Ideal candidates bring 2–6 years of finance or lending experience and strong drafting, analytical, and project-management skills. Active Georgia Bar membership is preferred; large-firm experience is a plus. The position offers meaningful responsibility, mentorship within a collaborative platform, a 2000 billable hour target, and a compensation range of $235,000–$390,000.
