Junior Estimator: Review blueprints, specs, and bid documents, perform material quantity take-offs, and build cost estimates. Communicate with clients, GCs, and architects. 1-3 years estimating or related experience, ability to read blueprints, Excel proficiency, organized and detail-oriented.
