The role
Draft, edit, and maintain content for the House Intranet (HouseNet) and related digital platforms to support enterprise digital initiatives.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and subject matter experts to create clear, accurate, and accessible content.
Contribute to Agile development teams supporting intranet and digital service portals and ensure alignment with established style guidelines.
Manage content from creation to publication and track tasks using ClickUp and other project management tools.
Support CAO customer experience improvements through digital initiatives and special projects.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, SharePoint) and MS Office 365.
