The role
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of meat snack products from concept through launch, including prototype development and sensory optimization.
Translate prototypes into scalable formulas, processing parameters, and documentation for USDA-regulated manufacturing.
Plan and execute pilot runs, line trials, and first production while ensuring product quality, shelf stability, and cost targets.
Collaborate with Operations, QA, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, and manage relationships with co-packers and ingredient suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement through process troubleshooting, line support, and documentation to enable repeatable commercial execution.
Travel as needed for pilots, audits, and first production runs, operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities.
