The role
Lead recurring finance processes for the Hub Delivery team, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and consolidated worldwide planning inputs.
Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools to illuminate performance, identify trends, and enable data-driven decisions.
Proactively analyze financial data to uncover opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design financially sound solutions that support growth while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to scale finance operations with measurable results, owning end-to-end solutions.
Prepare accurate performance metrics, partner with business teams to address operational challenges, and deliver scalable automation across regions.
