The role
Position based in New York focused on supporting M&A activity and capital raises in the financial services sector.
Formulate new business proposals, develop forecasts and valuations, and analyze merger and acquisition scenarios.
Participate in all stages of the transaction process, including drafting sessions, due diligence, and preparing materials for stock issuance.
Advise on designing processes and systems, evaluate complex solutions, and analyze data from diverse sources to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain investment models, manage short-term project schedules for a team, and nurture internal client relationships while delivering high-quality insights.
Ensure regulatory compliance and stay current on technology and industry best practices through ongoing learning.
