The role
Design, build, and deploy AI agents and copilots that augment workflows and integrate with internal systems.
Own end-to-end AI systems from concept to production, including model selection, prompt design, retrieval strategies, and interfaces.
Evaluate problems and determine the best approach—LLMs, traditional ML, or deterministic/rules-based solutions—with clear tradeoffs.
Develop scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and context-grounding mechanisms for high-quality grounding of AI agents.
Prototype rapidly to explore new capabilities, then harden successful ideas for reliability, security, and cost efficiency at scale.
Collaborate across product, design, and platform teams; provide technical leadership and mentorship to uplift the AI agent program.
