The role
Oversee multiple client accounts within the commercial cleaning program, ensuring service delivery across assigned sites to meet quality standards and KPIs.
Manage daily operations, safety policy enforcement, and budget adherence for all accounts.
Lead site management teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Hire, onboard, and train staff; manage hours and timekeeping while controlling labor costs.
Coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment, ensure equipment readiness, and perform routine inspections.
Provide monthly facility reports to customers and drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.
