The role
A Junior Data & Insight Analyst role offers training and development opportunities in business intelligence and data analytics. The position involves working on sales, marketing, and operational reports across multiple locations and supporting analytics improvements with tools like Power BI. The role requires collaboration with various departments, examining and enhancing business processes through insightful reporting, and developing technical skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Azure, SharePoint, and ERP systems. Administrative tasks such as managing permissions and troubleshooting are also part of the responsibilities. Candidates should have a background in commercial or financial roles, or possess strong stakeholder communication skills, with at least one year of industry experience or a relevant degree. Technical proficiency in Excel or comparable software, along with understanding of SQL and Power BI, is desirable.
