The role

Registered Nurse: Home Health, Wound Care, Infusions.

Responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, documentation, and care planning.
Evaluates patient environment, performs skilled home health assessments, and administers medications as prescribed.
Requires 3+ years clinical experience, current Texas RN license
