The role
A senior business analyst with extensive experience in IT and business change is required to support a variety of projects across the insurance sector. The role involves eliciting and documenting requirements, performing end-to-end process analysis, and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and familiarity with business process modelling, functional specifications, and testing. The position requires the ability to adapt analysis approaches and deliver artefacts on large projects, within a flexible working environment. A background in financial services and relevant business analysis qualifications are advantageous. The successful applicant will contribute to project planning, support implementation activities, and share best practices within the team.
