The role
Join a fast-paced logistics trainee program designed to build leadership through hands-on experience in warehouse operations, cross-docking, and trailer loading/unloading.
Receive structured training across multiple logistics functions and prepare for future management roles in a distribution center setting.
Key responsibilities include planning work assignments, maintaining safety, meeting customer objectives, resolving day-to-day operational issues, and mastering site systems for compliance.
Apply Kaizen and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and develop proficiency in inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping.
Eligibility requires honorable military discharge within the last 1-3 years, willingness to relocate after the program, and ability to work in the United States.
The program lasts about 9-12 months with mentorship, hands-on training, and potential advancement opportunities upon graduation.
