The role
Develop and execute multi-year IT software sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive quality, innovation, and cost savings.
Lead end-to-end RFx processes (RFP/RFI/RFX), evaluate proposals, and manage vendor relationships and performance.
Negotiate complex software agreements, including SaaS and perpetual licenses, and perform TCO-based cost optimization.
Conduct market and spend analyses and optimize cloud spending using cost-management tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, GCP Console).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as MCIT, IT Finance, and Legal to ensure risk management, compliance, and governance.
Drive procurement operational excellence, reporting, and continuous improvement across the IT software portfolio.
