The role
An established MEP building services contractor seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager in Leicester. The role involves managing mechanical building services projects, including HVAC, plumbing and pipework installations, from pre-construction to project completion. Responsibilities include coordinating design, procurement, subcontractors and site activities, as well as overseeing budgets, programmes and quality standards. Candidates should possess significant experience in the sector, strong technical knowledge and excellent organisational skills, with a full UK driving licence.
