The role
Take ownership of personal injury cases from intake to resolution, guiding clients through complex negotiations and dispute resolution.
Negotiate directly with insurance companies to maximize client recoveries and drive favorable outcomes.
Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior Court while handling discovery, depositions, and case preparation.
Conduct and defend depositions and manage arbitrations (2-3 arbitrations strongly preferred).
Be willing to jump in anywhere—administrative tasks, client communication, and leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative office with a clear pathway toward partnership or ownership for the right candidate, in downtown Seattle.
