The role
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to support business operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic advice on governance, corporate matters, and data privacy to senior stakeholders.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and supplier terms to protect organizational interests.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks, and oversee due diligence and dispute resolution activities.
Lead and develop the legal services team, prioritizing workloads, resource planning, and professional development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to deliver timely, accurate legal guidance while maintaining quality and efficiency.
