The role
The Event Manager serves as the primary point of contact for vendors, promoters, producers, and internal teams to plan and execute events from planning through breakdown.
Maintain Momentus-based event records, including schedules, vendor lists, permits, COIs, incident reports, and post-event recaps.
Lead advance planning meetings, run of show development, staffing plans, and escalation paths to ensure scope and timelines are defined.
Direct on-site operations, manage part-time staff, coordinate arrivals and credentialing, and safeguard guest experience, safety, and venue assets.
Collaborate with Production, Marketing, F&B, Safety, and Security to align daily requirements and resolve conflicts before event day.
Track equipment, vendor compliance, staffing partner coordination, and post-event reporting, delivering timely post-event documentation and follow-ups.
