The role
Provide strategic and financial advisory to healthcare clients with a focus on the MedTech sector, guiding complex transactions from strategy to execution.
Lead and support mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity offerings to help clients achieve growth and value creation.
Develop deep sector knowledge and build robust financial models, valuations, and deal structures to support informed recommendations.
Establish and nurture strong client relationships and leverage industry networks to source opportunities and drive results.
Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated advisory services, including due diligence and cross-functional execution.
Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and meet performance targets.
