The role
Lead and deliver end-to-end data and AI initiatives with a focus on generative AI, MLOps, LLM fine-tuning, and enrichment pipelines.
Architect data models, analytics schemas, and ML feature stores to support analytics, forecasting, and AI workloads.
Build production-grade AI services, including LLM-based apps, RAG pipelines, recommendations, forecasting, and classification.
Ensure data quality, validation, governance, and security while applying Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
Own the full lifecycle: ingestion, modeling, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Communicate complex data and AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and stay current with cloud, LLMs, and orchestration trends.
