The role
Lead and scale a nimble team responsible for end-to-end SoC virtual platform models, owning architecture, integration with other components, testing, and debugging.
Hire, mentor, and develop talent to build a high-performance team and a scalable roadmap for model development.
Drive new product and feature development at both a strategic level and in the trenches with hands-on coding and codebase leadership.
Collaborate with architecture, RTL design, design verification, emulation, and software teams to build, debug, and deploy robust models.
Focus on customer needs and use-cases to improve model quality, delivery speed, and usefulness.
Develop scalable infrastructure and processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable, modular, and well-documented software.
