The role
Lead a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and Data Engineers focused on the messaging domain.
Shape the vision and roadmap for the team, balancing the needs of multiple business stakeholders to maximize impact.
Be a strategic thought partner to influence the broader Messaging strategy and drive data-informed product decisions.
Foster a culture of innovation through collaboration with other leaders in data science and engineering.
Operate with a strong ownership mindset, thrive in ambiguity, and rapidly absorb business context.
Preferred candidates have advanced degrees and proven experience leading data-centric teams in complex environments.
