The role
The Influencer & Community Manager at P&G in Weybridge leads the development and execution of influencer partnerships, managing relationships with creators and talent across tiers. The role involves engaging audiences through real-time conversations and turning creator content into ongoing community advocacy across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit. Collaborating with Brand, Media, and Creative teams, they shape social-first content strategies and amplify high-performing content through cross-channel efforts. They monitor social conversations, trends, and competitors, leveraging social listening and AI tools to inform campaign strategies. The role requires ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and complies with UK advertising regulations, guiding internal teams and creators on disclosure standards.
