The role
Research, write, and produce client-facing documentation for financial tools, including user guides, feature tours, contextual prompts, FAQs, and release notes.
Own the writing needs for one or more product areas, collaborating with product, technology, and UX teams to deliver cohesive user assistance.
Adhere to team style guides while innovating to create tailored materials across procedural and promotional formats.
Manage a high volume of projects with varying release schedules, maintaining quality and consistency.
Gain domain knowledge of financial markets and workflows of financial professionals.
Generate creative ideas to evolve styles, processes, and tools, contributing to end-to-end documentation products.
