The role
Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments and quasi-experimental studies to evaluate the impact of new product features and platform changes.
Partner with product managers and engineering leads to define success metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate analytical findings into clear, actionable product recommendations.
Build, maintain, and scale reliable data pipelines and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely visibility into team metrics and platform health.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on creator behavior, asset usage, and platform dynamics to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization.
Leverage econometric techniques and machine learning methods to uncover deeper insights, measure causal impact, and generate strategic recommendations that guide product direction.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align measurement strategy, data definitions, and analytical priorities; communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence leadership decisions.
