The role
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that power data-driven insights, predictive and generative models.
Translate business needs into elegant, product-minded data solutions with a strong emphasis on value delivery.
Own data platform decisions, establish engineering standards, documentation, and best practices, and mentor engineers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and ML to align priorities and outcomes.
Develop and operate in cloud data platforms using Python and SQL for ETL, data processing, and ML collaboration.
Drive data strategy, governance, privacy, and security, shaping the data engineering culture and practices.
