The role
The Project Manager in Norwich is responsible for leading large-scale or complex projects within the Change and Capital Programme to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. They support the Head of Digital Services and Service Delivery Manager to achieve programme priorities and financial targets. Their duties include developing project proposals, creating detailed plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and coordinating the project team and stakeholders. The role also involves managing project budgets, analysing capacity data, delivering training, and coaching colleagues in project methodologies. Candidates should have a degree or equivalent, an APM qualification, and proven experience in managing complex projects within large organisations or the social care sector. Effective communication, risk assessment, organisational skills, and knowledge of data protection are essential for success.
