HR Administrator
We’re seeking a proactive HR Administrator to deliver accurate, end-to-end HR and payroll administration across the employee lifecycle on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This hybrid role in Bradford offers two days in the office and three days remote. Responsibilities include processing moves, leavers, Right to Work and visa renewals, payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits updates. You’ll handle DSARs, manage probation, conduct regular lifecycle audits, and provide support on employee relations and performance cases. Ensure timely and compliant processing of payroll data, leavers, references, statutory duties, and pension and PAYE obligations. Collaborate with stakeholders to complete transactions accurately, and maintain up-to-date process guides and policy advice.
