Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate Director

Lead the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services for a diverse client portfolio. Collaborate across service lines and drive client care and advisory opportunities. Drive business development through targeting, lead generation, and building client relationships. Manage project working capital, including budgeting, cost control, billing, and debt recoverability. Plan resources, brief and coach team members, and develop staff to deliver a premium client experience. Require strong UK GAAP and IFRS expertise, including group restructurings, consolidations, and awareness of the Periodic Review 2024 impacts, along with proven line-management and coaching skills.
