The role
Lead the HR Centre of Excellence across a multi-academy trust to standardize policies, practices, and people analytics.
Develop and implement a strategic HR framework that supports growth across Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, and Liverpool.
Collaborate with school leaders to attract, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing workforce.
Oversee governance, compliance, performance management, and employee relations within a robust centre of excellence.
Lead workforce planning, learning and development design, and data-driven decision making to boost student attainment and educational outcomes.
