The role
Take ownership of your own caseload across advisory work and employment tribunal litigation.
Provide pragmatic, business-focused advice on TUPE, reorganisations, contracts, policies, and senior exits.
Work closely with corporate and commercial teams on high-value transactions.
Lead tribunal claims—from drafting pleadings to advocacy.
Mentor junior lawyers and support their development, contributing to the team’s growth through networking and business development.
Enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment with hybrid working options across UK offices.
