The role
A Health Promotion Nurse (Registered Adult Nurse) works within the Cancer Awareness team to deliver face-to-face engagement, provide information on cancer prevention, organise presentations and community training, and support public health initiatives. The role involves collecting data to evaluate outreach effectiveness and managing volunteers involved in Cancer Awareness activities. The candidate must be a registered nurse with NMC registration, and have experience or interest in health promotion, community nursing, or related fields. Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and flexibly, and sound understanding of data protection and compliance policies are essential.
