Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda while handling a heavy Illinois caseload.
Perform legal research on contract law and other consumer-law issues and review agreements.
Communicate with clients and opposing parties to advance claims and settlements.
Exhibit superior organizational and time-management skills with high ethical standards.
This hybrid role may require travel for court appearances and coordination with a remote office.
