The role
Serve as a frontline retail associate delivering a world-class customer experience and building loyalty through personalized solutions.
Identify customer needs across in-store, online, and care channels and guide them with hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
Conduct side-by-side selling of devices, plans, and accessories, including IoT devices, to keep customers connected.
Utilize digital tools to explain network coverage, plan benefits, and in-store processes while completing training on systems and sales processes.
Collaborate with teammates across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and hand off small business leads.
Complete onboarding training and grow toward the Mobile Expert role, with clear performance expectations and incentive opportunities.
