The role
Lead and mentor a high-impact team of data analysts, senior analysts, and data scientists focused on Growth Marketing decisions.
Own and evolve analytics infrastructure, including scalable LTV models and self-service environments built in dbt and Looker.
Define and drive the analytics roadmap with Growth Marketing leadership to improve efficiency and decision clarity.
Shape measurement strategy through experimental design for incrementality testing and MMM integration with Haus and Recast.
Bridge business and data by translating ambiguous marketing challenges into measurable outcomes while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
Deliver commitments with accountability, build proactive tooling, and support the growth and wellbeing of team members.
