The role
A factory labourer assists with breakout work and provides general support across all factory areas, involving operating machinery and heavy lifting. The role requires good attention to detail and physical fitness for manual tasks. Labourers support various departments as needed and ensure quality checking of products. Previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred but not essential. The position involves working Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, and Friday mornings until 12:00pm. The role offers a pay rate of £12.71 to £13.00 per hour, depending on skills, with benefits including on-site parking.
