The role
Design and implement ML/AI algorithms with ethical considerations and bias mitigation, applying standard methods and tools.
Oversee data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis of large datasets to ensure quality and insights.
Train, evaluate, and optimize models for performance, generalization, and computational efficiency.
Develop tests, documentation, and validation procedures; ensure production-ready, auditable AI software systems.
Integrate AI models into production environments with monitoring, validation, and ongoing improvement; manage safety risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements, iterate on models, and stay current with tools and regulatory guidance.
