The role

Serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders, aligning people plans with business objectives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Develop and execute an HR roadmap covering talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, leadership development, and inclusion.
Collaborate with executive leaders to design and implement client opportunity and inclusion strategies and to educate the workforce.
Provide expert counsel on organizational and people issues, and craft compelling talent strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.
Lead training and development initiatives to close skill gaps, analyze workforce metrics, and use data to drive action.
Partner on labor relations and ensure compliance with applicable laws while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
