The role
Responsibilities include conducting data analysis in LIVE-related business areas such as watching experience, creator ecosystem, agency management, and algorithm improvement.
Design and maintain metrics frameworks to measure product health and monitor core metrics, identifying root causes behind metric movements.
Perform scientific evaluations using statistical methods, including A/B testing and causal inference.
Identify growth opportunities through data analytics and collaborate with PM/MLE/RD to deliver product and strategy enhancements.
Research data science theories and methodologies to improve analysis efficiency and develop data product tools.
Ideal candidates are pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in math, statistics, data science, or machine learning, with strong SQL and Python or R skills and a passion for product challenges.
