The role
Design, test, and commission chemical process equipment and support the scale-up of manufacturing capabilities.
Translate process requirements into equipment specifications; assist with vendor selection, procurement, and site acceptance testing.
Develop novel solutions from first principles when existing equipment does not meet requirements, collaborating with skilled technicians.
Identify risks, implement mitigations, and monitor progress to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to safe project execution.
Role is onsite at a Colorado facility, focusing on advancing domestic manufacturing and defense-relevant processes.
