The role
An ESG Manager based in Nottingham oversees the development and implementation of scalable data system architectures, ensuring integration, data quality, and regulatory compliance. The role involves supporting strategic projects such as climate assessments and carbon footprinting, while representing the organisation at external events. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for engaging stakeholders and managing projects. Experience with ESG data platforms and industry issues enhances suitability, ideally within retail, healthcare, or sustainability sectors. A bachelor's degree or professional certification is required, with additional expertise in ESG platform tools preferred.
