The role
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI agent engineers focused on HR and Finance use cases.
Own end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable, and secure AI agent solutions integrated into the enterprise platform.
Translate business needs with product managers and data scientists into practical AI-driven capabilities.
Collaborate with architects to ensure seamless platform integration and maintain architectural integrity.
Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, LangGraph) and external partnerships.
Establish rigorous testing, monitoring, security, and compliance practices to ensure reliability and data privacy at scale.
