The role
Farrow & Ball is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support its IT division in Wimborne, working with multiple enterprise systems and translating business needs into technical solutions. The role involves managing projects, documenting workflows, and ensuring seamless system integration while supporting testing and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP, analytics, ecommerce platforms, and process mapping tools within retail or similar sectors. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile methods, APIs, and data flow are essential to liaise effectively with stakeholders and vendors. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, supporting a balance of office and home-based activities. Knowledge of systems like IFS, Adobe Commerce, and Power BI, alongside technical documentation skills, is highly desirable.
