The role
Social Hotspot is hiring a Video Content Strategist in Manchester to develop and execute content strategies for social media and YouTube channels. The role involves filming at client shoots and on-site with the founder, as well as editing and directing content, or briefing existing editors. The successful candidate will analyse content performance and strategise paid advertising campaigns across platforms. Essential skills include videography, editing, content strategy, and a proven track record in social media growth. The role starts part-time and transitions to full-time, with ownership of content creation and strategy from day one. It offers direct collaboration with the founder and potential progression to a Head of Content position as the business scales.
