Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing patients' eyewear needs.
Assist patients with eyewear selection: frames and lenses, using product knowledge to educate on the best fit.
Consistently achieve sales goals by creating a positive, relationship-based patient experience.
Explain insurance benefits comprehensively and assist patients with coverage for eyewear.
Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses with training, collaborating with the optometrist to ensure lens and frame perfection.
Work with doctors and teammates to deliver a seamless patient journey and support office operations.
