The role
As a Creditors' Rights Attorney, you will support financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults.
Provide loan restructuring guidance and manage related litigation as part of client representation.
Collaborate with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments, applying strong project management to meet deadlines.
Candidates should have 2+ years' experience in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, or related areas, with excellent academic credentials and high ethical standards.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
