The role
As a Technical Writer on the AI Enablement team, you will research the latest AI platforms and trends to drive adoption across a key business unit.
You will produce actionable reports, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and design and document no-code and low-code AI agents.
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize cases, inform the product roadmap, and create clear documentation for cross-functional teams.
Partner with Learning & Development to translate research insights into training materials and live demos that accelerate AI adoption.
Demonstrate comfort communicating with stakeholders at all levels and influencing change through thoughtful, data-driven storytelling.
This hybrid NYC role offers a salary up to $120,000 plus comprehensive benefits, with remote work flexibility once per week.
