The role
This role focuses on researching and building autonomous agents that can assist and collaborate with humans in real-world tasks.
You will design and implement use-case-driven prototypes and run human-driven evaluation protocols to assess usefulness.
Collaborate with researchers to develop practical solutions to challenges around assistant technology use-cases.
Keep pace with tooling and frameworks for training and fine-tuning large models, data pipelines, and evaluation exercises.
Required skills include Python, ML fundamentals, experience with GPUs/TPUs, and experience with large-scale data processing or distributed training.
Applicants should have a strong academic background, solid software engineering abilities, and a passion for building working prototypes of ML-powered assistants.
