The role
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and banking regulations.
Monitor internal and external regulations and lead the development of KPIs and reporting to track compliance performance.
Lead compliance initiatives, including training and awareness programs across the organization.
Perform investigative reviews and provide guidance to other departments on risk and regulatory issues.
Oversee the creation of compliance metrics and facilitate reporting to stakeholders.
Stay current with industry regulations and trends, acting as a subject matter expert on compliance and risk management.
